text-align: left;"><span style="font-family: &quot;思源黑体 CN Regular&quot;; font-size: 17px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">循环时间：水蜘蛛的循环时间越短，代表线边的库存量可以更少，但通常为20分钟、30分钟、60分钟，主要是从便于水蜘蛛人员记忆的角度出发，超过2小时，则没有太大的意义。在计算中，水蜘蛛的循环时间与工作量、运行路线、容器容量、消耗速度、线边库存、车厢容量都有关系，需要平衡选择。水蜘蛛的循环时间确定后，其工作量也就能随之确定，根据工作量实际测量完成这些工作所需要的时间，工作负荷在80%左右最佳。水蜘蛛根据循环时间进行运行，但由于容器的容量、零件消耗量、产线状态不同，水蜘蛛不同循环结束的时间可能会有所不同，有时提前有时落后，这是正常现象。提前完成循环时，也没有必要立即开始下一个循环，等待正常的循环时间即可，因为线边设计会确保在下一个循环内线边不会缺料。</span></p><p style="text-indent: 35px;
