text-align: left;"><span style="font-family: &quot;思源黑体 CN Regular&quot;; font-size: 17px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">目前国内有很多企业都在推行MRP，但真正获得成功的却很少，其中的主要原因就是企业在没有实行JIT的情况下就直接推行MRP。实际上，MRP只不过是一种将众多复杂的手工操作电脑化的软件，虽然能够大大提高生产效率，但是并不能处理JIT所提出的一些观念和方法。因此，MRP仅仅是一个工具，必须建立在推行JIT的基础之上。如果企业没有推行JIT就去直接使用MRP，那只会浪费时间和金钱。</span></p><p style="text-indent: 35px;
