background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;">近些年，很多企业都在自动化的路上越跑越快。原因有很多，比如一些工作条件比较恶劣的岗位，工人是越来越难招，招来的工人也留不住。这些岗位就需要不怕苦不怕累的机器人或自动化装置来胜任。随着机器人的制造成本逐渐降低，上一个机器人的成本比雇佣一个熟练的技术工人要低的多。而且机器人不需要交社保，不会抗拒加班，不会要求加工资。</span></p><p style="margin-top: 0px; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;">我们再回到丰田的“自働化”，其本意是一旦发生错误了立即停止，这是一个防错的思想。无论什么样的机器都会有发生故障的那一时刻，无论多熟练的工人也会有犯错的时候。完全避免故障与错误的发生是非常难的，可以说没有谁能百分百保证。但是发生故障和错误之后能立刻停下来，这是一个减少损失的最好办法。问题越早被发现，所造成的损失就越小。试想一下，一颗不合格的螺栓在一辆高速行驶的汽车上的危害有多大？是有可能威胁几条生命的代价。而如果这一颗螺栓在被加工出来时就已经被发现切隔离处理，损失的就仅仅是几块钱。</span></p><p style="margin-top: 0px;
